We are putting together a local group of drivers, here in Grass Valley and Nevada City, who want to be a part of solving today’s passengers concerns.

• They want to know who is picking them or their kids up.

• They want to call us to know we won’t cancel on them at the last minute to get to work or the airport on time.

• They want to know that there is someone they can really on with published times of operation.

• They want to know that we won’t change them more when it gets busy.
